hear me out,,, 4 Rosas

hear me out, this tweet has me fucken crying (yes, that’s me in the replies)

imagine luke growing up with four mc’s (for this sake, they’re all rosa 1-4, identical quads) luke is immediately smitten with rosa 1 bc that’s who he played with the most. now, he didn’t want any of the rosa’s to know about his crush on rosa 1 (they would have never let him live him down) so he made sure none of them got asked out in hs. in the penny case its rosa 1, his rosa, that he runs into. and he recognizes her even after all these years and hes going to cry because he really thought he would forget how to tell them apart but he didn't and he’s so happy.

in college all the rosas roomed together and they all studied law (look,,, i know they would all have studied different things but it makes things funnier. maybe they all have different specialties) and they all work under themis law. celestine, in the spirit of fucking with artem, lets him know that she only hired one new person. so of course artem gets smitten with rosa but he doesn’t know. like, all the rosas are in on it but rosa 4 hates it cuz artem deserves the truth thank you very much.

vyn is the first to realize that, hey, there’s are more than one rosa!! bc rosa 3 and rosa 2 are so much more different and the evaluation he did of rosa 2 and its completely different to the way rosa 3 acts! so he asks them all to meet him at his place and by the end of the visit he can tell all of them apart and has made sure that he knew more about rosa 3 bc she’s the one that’s interesting to him.

marius dealt with rosa 2 almost exclusively so of course he’s smitten with her, and rosa 2 appreciates the arts more and made sure that marius was out lickity split. 

when artem invites rosa 4 (subconsciously his favorite rosa) to join nxx she breaks and tells him that there is more than one rosa and that celestine was in on it. he’s a little miffed but he gets the joke. it takes him sometime to differentiate between rosas but he gets there and decides that he likes rosa 4 the best. he does ask them all to join nxx bc he sees how they can use 4 rosas in tactical situations. 

now marius is the one they fuck with the most bc he still can’t tell them apart but they all take pity on him and start wearing distinctive earings to help train him. through learning he does gravitate towards rosa 2 tho mostly bc she’s the one who gets riled up the most out of all of them. rosa 3 flat out ignores him unless he starts hinting about vyn then she smacks him wit whatever’s handy 

they’re a really good team together! they have the element of surprise by their side and they all somehow know when the other is in distress/needs help. one time, to catch this one pesky PUA, vyn asked rosa 3 and rosa 2 to fuck with the man and when i tell you the poor guy was so confused bc he thought rosa 2 was rosa 3 and he was just dumbfounded.

Little life update~

First off, hello! Mom here! I hope you’re all doing well and amazing and surviving what’s left of this shit show called 2020. I apologize greatly for my absence—while 2020 has been a train wreck, there have been a lot of personal positives here as well.

As many of you know, my primary reason for my absence is school. I’ve still got about a year before I graduate and, though I’m only taking two classes per semester and one class per term, I do also work full time. Both of those in addition to continuing to cultivate my passion for billiards. I’ve been competing in a LOT more tournaments as of late. Two of my teams had the Las Vegas national qualifier this past September and I’ve competed in singles tournaments SIX times since then. I got to the semi-finals in one of them—that’s probably my proudest moment this year.

My love for the sport sparked an interest in a side business and I began doing custom paint jobs for people’s cases. I just finished my first commission while balancing everything above, but it pays well. Moms a busy bee.

Speaking of side businesses and busy bee, I also started an actual business with my longest friend. Due to Covid, she’s been out of work since March, lost her apartment and had to move back home, and really is just at a loss for income. My husband has also been unfortunate with his job due to the pandemic so my friend and I have been hustling where we can to make ends meet. So school, my career, two side jobs, and a sport—I have a bunch of my plate.

In terms of writing, I have stared at my goDDAMN Dabi story repeatedly and have scrapped it over and over before finally just saying fuck it. I’ll put a pin in it later. BeCAUSE; I have had a sequel brewing for I Found You since I posted it. And I think this sequel could better open the door for a Dabi fic. However, as I mentioned, I’ve got a lot of my plate so while updates may come at a snail’s pace, I haven’t forgotten about you guys. I just need to prioritize putting food on the table for my family right now and I’m trying my best!

Since school is ending, I felt I’d share a show that’s been keeping me busy (and regressed!) Octonauts is an adorable marine sci-fi series focused on a team of helpful animals, (bear Captain Barnacles, ex-pirate cat Kwazii, penguin medic Peso, among others!) exploring the world around them and constantly assisting their neighbors! Both cute and educational, this episode focuses specifically on Sting Rays! More of their episodes can be found on Netflix or youtube episode compilations. Have fun, stay safe, and stay inside!

What will you remember?

So I've been less than active, and every so often something spurs me to pop back in here for who knows what reason. Hope everyone is doing well!

This blog IS effectively dead so I'm sure some of you forgot it still exists haha. To those of you who still remember me, bless your soul.

I just want to toss up a thoughtful piece here - see what y'all think!

I'm going to graduate from college in just a few months, and one thing that I keep thinking about is - when all is said and done, what am I really going to remember, cherish about my four years here?

Definitely not the academics or my grades, and probably not the majority of my professors. I'm not going to remember my schedule, my exams, or the organizations I was in. But the people I studied with? The hours we spent slogging through organic chemistry reactions, and the joy of succeeding? My amazing co-workers and students? The relationships and connections I've built? The anger and frustration of dealing with people, getting in arguments with roommates and then subsequently resolving them? The sorrow of losing loved ones? The longing for an impossible relationship and the pain of letting go? The exhilaration of exploring an old city with newfound friends? The guilt of abandoning a friend and the gratitude after getting a second chance? The endless nights of just talking with my best friends?

Those I won't forget. I can't afford to forget. It all comes down to people. Our relationships. Those are the crux of our memories, the cornerstone of our character, and foundation of our humanity. So many things get lost in the passage of time, but these are the truly important things. These are what we need to strive to remember. We must continually search for these defining moments. We get so caught up in the minutia of life that we forget the important things are right in front of us, even if they're seemingly insignificant in the long run.

So I want you to take the time to think about your life. What are the memories you want to hold forever? What really matters to you at your core? Are you making these memories, or simply just getting caught in the race of life? Because if you are, I implore you to seek out these illuminating moments wherever and whenever you can.

Life goes on, no matter what. But if we don't make these memories and experiences, then can we say that we're truly living?
