Today several developers and executives from Koei Tecmo discussed their plans for 2021 in a large group interview on Famitsu.
As this is the video game company I buy the most stuff from (most of what they produce quite honestly) I'm very excited for this news. I am a bit sad that the Nioh project is done. However, Nioh 2 did wrap up the story very well and I am thankful they at least squeezed two games out of it. For those that don't know the "Kou Shibusawa brand" is the branch that does Kessen, Nioh, and Nobunaga's Ambition. This is the Koei branch of "We are giant samurai nerds" and obviously the brand that makes me giddy every time they even whisper about a new project so hearing they have plans for it has me very excited. Mostly I just want news on Samurai Warriors 5. Thank you very much @princess-sengoku for showing me this.
