Monday April 18 started out with breakfast in the motel, and we brought Coyle’s Bakeshop’s frozen cream currant scone dough and baked them fresh, along with some really thick bacon. *chef’s kiss* I know that beat whatever that couple in the next room was making themselves.
We did a quick trip out on Ediz Hook, the spit in Port Angeles. You could tell the Port Angeles harbor was about to fill up with kayaks.
