The art piece reflects the rejection of comfort. Passive Nightmare would feel so guilty about what he did or was when he was corrupted if he ever came back, that he would reject all comfort and embrace suffering. His brother would have to plead with him to accept any form of comfort. Passive Nightmare’s rejection of comfort is ‘I don’t deserve comfort because I was a monster’. He is aware that it wasn’t him in his corrupted form, but he carries the idea that it was his fault. It takes him years to learn that it wasn’t his fault and he deserves love.

I do not speak Spanish, and tried my best to name the art piece with a translator and a double check. If I made a mistake, please let me know so I can fix it 🩵
