Embracing the Fear in Shifting
Fear is natural, right? Especially when you’re doing something as big as shifting. You’re stepping into the unknown, away from what you know, and that’s gonna bring up fear. But honestly, that’s okay. You’re allowed to feel scared. It’s normal to wonder what’s out there, to feel nervous about what might happen when you shift.
But here’s the thing—don’t let it stop you. Don’t let the fear hold you back from exploring and experiencing something new. Fear doesn’t mean you’re not ready, it just means you’re human. And when you face that fear head-on, that’s when the magic happens.
When shifting, you’ll probably come face to face with a lot of unknowns. Things might feel overwhelming, especially when you’re starting out. But each time you push through it, you’ll realize that fear doesn’t have to control you. You’re in charge. The fear is just a part of the process, and you don’t need to avoid it—you just have to acknowledge it, then let it go.
You’ll start to see that fear doesn’t actually stop you from shifting. It’s just a feeling. And once you realize that, you can shift past it. You’ll begin to trust yourself more, trust the process, and know that it’s okay to be scared. You don’t need to be fearless—you just need to be brave enough to take the step anyway.
So yeah, the fear might be there, but don’t let it win. You’ve got this.
