So while Americans think Santa lives in the North Pole, basically everyone else in the world knows Santa lives in Lapland. All mail sent to Santa comes here, to Santa's post office, where it's permanently archived. But my favorite part is that because the local kids here have such a relationship with Santa, parents bring their kids when they want them to stop using their pacifiers.
