San/Santum:  Tin based gender. Represents a gender that is, to some degree, unknown or confusing or undefinable. Colors are based on the color of the metal when polished, and the color is based on the mix of all other colors – much like how a gender can be confusing, a mixture of inexplainable concepts, and can be muddled and murky. Gender is picked based on the mottled feelings an unknown gender can be.
