This eclairs is all about Hazelnut. Hazelnut cream for the filling and nutella buttercream. To finish; hazelnut praline nibs and hazelnut whole.

Dark Chocolate Vanilla Eclairs

This eclairs is all about the shiny glaze. Vanilla cream for the filling and dark chocolate glaze. To finish; a sprinkle of dusted pearls.

Passion Fruit Eclairs

This eclairs is all about sweet passion fruit. Passion fruit cream for the filling and passionfruit glaze. To finish; a sprinkle pearls and edible flower that smiles beautifully.
