OC Test - Where does your power lie?

you just know, don't you? you feel everything so deeply. your power is instinctual, primal. your power is only ever obvious when you need it to be, but it's never failed you. you always know when something has turned sour, you can always feel the shift in the atmosphere. you just do. Saran - The Mouth the mouthsharp teeth, sharper tongue, all growl and bark and bite, bite, bite. your power is gritted teeth and set jaws, quick and powerful words, decisive actions. everything you do is so personal and vulnerable - the way you love, the way you are loved, the way you attack, the way you drink in and feast on life.

Rev - The Eyes you are always looking. ahead, back, up, down. you can see all the possibilities, all the consequences, all the stars. your power is steady, squinting, taking everything in. your power is glaring, shining. your strength is in tears of happiness, sorrow, anger, fear. your strength is in your ability to dream, to understand. and you are never the first to blink. Nameless Doll - The Blood oh it courses through you. your power is never outside of your periphery. it is always there, rushing and freezing and boiling. your strength is in how well you know yourself, and your abilities. you are acutely aware of your energy, and what bleeds you. it begins with you;

Commission (under the cut) for @malqirs of her character Saran Gesi, and her boyfriend’s character Ganzorig Gesi!

The Azim Steppe had always been vast, near endless plains within her gaze that expanded further out into the world. It made Saran wonder if there was more out there, waiting to be explored and seen, the soil untouched by her, and the sights undiscovered.

Yet here she remained, just left to wait and wonder, her imagination the only thing that sated her curiosities in the day-to-day clockwork of her everyday patterns. It honestly just seemed that all her life, the future had been planned out for her. A routine everyday, a set path in her sights, a life partner she didn’t even want. Eventually it came to a point where Saran realized that there’s ought to be more to life, at least in hers, and she made a decision of her own.

She wasn’t too sure what was the specific drive that made her want to leave so desperately, though the decided betrothal to someone else by other people’s urging might have been the catalyst.

“Would you run away with me?”

The question was direct, and came without warning whatsoever. The idea was reckless, unplanned, and not at all tactfully brought up. But for once? Saran didn’t really seem to care about the rules or proper applications for these things. She knew two things for certain: Saran wanted more than just a story written out for her, and that she was in love with Ganzorig.

Ganzorig’s reply took some coaxing and convincing, but he caved. “I’d run anywhere as long as it’s with you.”

So they fled, hand-in-hand. Scared? Sure. Thrilled? Absolutely. In love? Without question, and sometimes that’s all that mattered, knowing that it was all they needed to make it out in the great big world.

Her views of the world as of recent had changed, and not just literally. Sure, now her horizons oft had the expanse of the great Ruby Sea and Kugane’s hectic city life, but the best view to Saran? It was being able to wake up every day and see Ganzorig’s face. It reassured her decision when every time she caressed his face and looked into his eyes, all she could see was her future.

The only story she wanted was a happy ending with him.
