reading a SASL pdf and wow it is really interesting! i'm showing a bunch of signs to my grandma and sister to keep them entertained
so everyone on langblr eavesdrops on people having conversations in foreign languages. it is known. but lemme tell you, there was a couple chatting in SASL and it’s a lot more awkward and honestly feels more invasive (despite not being able to understand anything) when you’d actually need to stare at the conversation... so I let this one go, but I did notice the signing was a lot more dynamic than the interpretors on the news. and in hindsight, yeah, of course it would be
