It is true. From any time and any conditions the Scarab will always converge to Jaime Reyes. Even if the Reach are technically also an equilibrium point. They are an unstable one... The only way that Khaji Da would ever converge to them is in a simulation that does not take all the parameters of the real world into account, or due to external control.
