What's Oudette's story in your SWTOR universe? Any interesting facts that they are comfortable to share? Like how did they end up as a babe in a random storage crate?

Aaa omg I'm so flattered you're curious about Oudette!! :D 💙

So! Oudette (he/him) was raised by a dance troupe who found him as a baby (x). In adolescence and into adulthood, he had a long-running career with an Imperial majority-alien theater & dance company before a life-changing incident.

The Incident was a targeted attack on the company’s performers following a big show where very few escaped unscathed, if at all. During the attack, Oudette, despite lacking combat experience, confronted the attackers to protect his peers but was critically injured and left for dead (this is where he got his face scar). 

Barely out of healing, Oudette began working on attempting to investigate/track down the attackers himself, fueled by a passion for justice and revenge for his peers. Events lead to him unofficially assisting Imperial Intelligence in a mission to identify the attackers (a rapidly growing force of anti-alien terrorists). Intelligence eventually approached him to offer an official role in helping them hopefully put on end to the growing threat. Even so, there may be other, more sinister reasons for his sudden recruitment...

Trivia:

He's a freelance commercial dancer; though originally specializing in ballet, nowadays he offers his skills to other purposes (cabaret, cantina dancer, etc). Imperial Intelligence assigns him to whatever gigs can potentially benefit a mission and assists him as necessary. Often, someone is assigned to accompany Oudette to act as his ‘bodyguard’ ⋆

Many of his missions involve him performing for the sake of gathering intel. He has sharp hearing and even while dancing, he pays more attention to nearby conversation than those enjoying entertainment could know. ⋆

He’s got a passion for fashion and is often seen wearing formal and extravagant outfits ⋆

Along with being an experienced dancer, Oudette also works as a singer and occasionally a model. ⋆

Being a Cathar/Sathari hybrid, Oudette has many quirks inspired by both birds and cats xD Will expand on that sometime for sure ⋆

Oudette often casually refers to people with “darling” or “dear” as affectionate endearment terms ⋆

He has a feathery tail that can fan out like a peacock. He loves showing this off during performances haha 🪶 ⋆

Though he's always been a performer, Oudette desperately wants to become a good fighter, especially after The Incident. Despite the tragic circumstances at the time, he struggles with deep guilt for not being able to protect the other victims of the attack.

Somehow More Free Devaron’s Angels Adopts!

HEY Y’ALL, I’m back with more free Angels adopts! :D

Just like last time, these are essentially stock Angels (more info on that group can be found here, btw), which I’m giving out for free to anyone to use for and within the group! I’ve made one for each of the Angels’ nine squadrons (more about those here, three headcanons down), and for this fifth batch I decided to theme them (loosely) after various Nintendo IPs! Like I said, each one is free for you to make into an Angel, so just message me if you’re interested and I’ll be happy to give you one!

If you’re interested in purchasing a character, you can send me an ask or a Tumblr message, or you can reach me at [email protected], and we’ll discuss the details. These are of course open to anyone and everyone, including people who already have characters made for the Angels group.

As you can see above, each of these is available for absolutely free, on the condition that you join the Devaron’s Angels group and make your new OC a character for that. If you’d rather use them for something else, however, you can also pay the full price (either $35, $40, or $45, depending on how the adopt is priced above) and get them for any other use. I’ll only accept money through PayPal, so please only ask to buy one if that works for you.

Once you claim your character, I’ll send you a version with no watermark, and you’ll be free to use them! Feel free to tweak their design however you want to—new outfits, minor physical changes, etc.—but if it’s all the same to you, please link back to my Tumblr blog if you post the image I give you anywhere.

The adopts are first come/first serve, but do be warned that, if you choose the non-Angel buyout option and you fail to pay within 24 hours, I will re-list the character.

I’m limiting sales to no more than two adopts per person, with only one of those two being a free one. The second you’ll have to pay for, but as my adopt sets usually go, you can get the second one for 25% off the list price. Please allow 24 hours between the purchase of your first adopt and your second as well.

(Mutuals Only) If you’re interested in paying full price for a character (that is, to make them anything other than an Angel), you can also pay for the adopt with a commission of equal value! Please have examples of your art and/or a commission price sheet ready if you choose to pay through this method. Okay, I think that’s everything! Hope to hear from some people soon! :D

For the one 2-for-1 Adopt in this set: you can claim just one of the two characters if you like, but only if you have someone lined up at the same time to take the other one.
