White, speaking at the recently held COJO Awards Ceremony, which awarded 10 wards of the state who have successfully maintained excellent grades despite challenging oppositions during the pandemic, reached for personal experiences to motivate students as they apply for a scholarship or grant, carefully managing the self-talk which shapes personal perceptions and ultimately their behaviour.
