Motherfucker there are MUCH bigger things to worry about than discourse that had been hashed out before you even knew what being queer was.
Palestine is still in shambles, Iran is being attacked for no fucking discernable reason (I've heard three different explanations and no fucking sources other than the corrupt US government). Even our own country is fucking falling apart. A dead woman was forced to carry a baby as far into term as her dead body would allow, and they only removed it because she was decaying.
Trans people are being actively erased, killed, arrested, for just existing in public spaces or doing the same thing cis people do on a daily basis, like piss in the bathroom. Our healthcare on all levels is being limited or banned (not just for minors).
Abortion access is scarce and limited, with only certain people can access, and the rest are SOL.
Government websites are being taken down or completely rewritten to follow the narrative of a wannabe dictator in the White House.
There's a heatwave in the eastern and Midwest states that is expected to be as humid as tropical rainforest weather (very very very hot).
There are bigger things than your stupid discourse to worry about right now and the fact you have the time to squabble about stupid things that don't fucking matter tells me that you either don't care about the world crumbling around you or that you don't see it as a problem to begin with.
