Hey there, it sure has been a while. I’m sure you’ve probably heard word of this program that CoH Titan set up. It lets you not only run around like Icon did, but also see and talk with other players. It’s really only a pseudo-server, though, since it runs in tandem with a chat program. I don’t know the specifics!

There are no powers, but at the very least, there are emotes! I’m not sure what the current status of it is, but I recall hearing about bots that would manage player activities, like badge discovery. I hear there’s even a little community of roleplayers on there.

Take a look at it, if you get the chance. I think they have some full download links laying around if you uninstalled your version of CoH.
