Tx initiated but Dr was unable to locate canals. Referral was actually from omfs to try and save. The poor Pt was near the end of her patience due to the pain getting worse after a couple appts already. I explained the difficulty of treating this tooth but the benefit for her to retain it was great. She was pleasantly surprised at how rapidly she improved. Pt grateful & appreciative but wondered why she was never offered a referral. Just gotta smile & shrug sometimes. It all worked out. 👍🏼 Two appt w caoh2. Gp/bcs.
