A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich, featuring crispy bacon and spicy sriracha sauce.
Ingredients: 4 slices bacon. 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce. 4 slices bread. 4 slices cheddar cheese. Butter, for grilling.
Instructions: After cooking bacon until it's crispy, cut it up into little pieces. Cover two pieces of bread with sriracha sauce. Put two pieces of cheddar cheese and sriracha sauce on each of the two pieces of bread. Put equal amounts of chopped bacon on top of the cheese slices. Put the last two slices of bread on top to make a sandwich. On the outside of each sandwich, spread butter. Set the pan on medium heat and add the sandwiches. To make the bread golden brown and the cheese melty, flip it over once and cook for another three to four minutes on each side. Take out of the pan and let cool a bit before serving.
