It's one of those nights where what the kids want wins out over making a well planned meal 🥘 Vegan chili macaroni like only a momma can whip together! Kidney beans, crushed tomatoes, GF macaroni, peas, green peppers, cilantro, garlic, onion, vegan crumbles, seeded jalepeno and vegan mozzarella cheese (should have used vegan cheddar for the color but I like vegan mozzarella better for taste).
