while i'm still looking for digital sources, transspeciesism is a primarily a Modern Therianthropy term and while it might be used in z/0/0 spaces, they certainly aren't the main or primary people it's intended for and they didn't coin it.

as far as i'm aware it's always just been a therian term first. not sure if it was ever attributed to someone specific but it's been in circulation since at least 2013 (when i joined the online therian community)

It's actually meant to be used in tandem with the term "species dysphoria" (and it's alternative terms for those uncomfortable with the word dysphoria, like species dysmorphia or species discomfort)

I'm so proud of my little brother, y'all

He was working on homework with our mom and he's learning about the different systems of the human body: digestive, respiratory, etc. But what shocked me was he's also learning about the reproductive systems, which I didn't learn until my junior year of high school and he's only in 7th grade. But anyway, my mom's reading off all the parts of the reproductive systems, fisrt female then male, and he's blushing like mad and is just hella uncomfortable talking about this with me and our mom in the room. Bad people that we are, we think it's hysterical. And my mom says out loud, "penis" and he freaks out a little, getting redder, and my mom says something along the lines of "all men have one" and my brother, my 12 year old brother, instantly replies, "not all men." Left my mother, my transphobic mother, speachless for a few seconds. I was SO PROUD!!!!!!!!!
