Rejuvenation procedure for hands.

 Am very enjoying reading your recipes in Grandmother s secrets press , and you are sharing poems too. Am also adding my recipes for our hands cure.

1. Peeling

2. Stewing.

3. mask.

4. self massage.

5. lotion.

6.Cream.

 And for peeling use any cream for hand and add 0.5 glass for sugar, massage skin for hands within 3 min,wash a warm water.

Stewing.

Potato cook, eat potato after, and in water 0.5 l. add 60 ml for vegetable oil, and bath is ready. And in ready liquid put hands, keep 15 min, and after  wetting a towel, apply moisturizing cream.

Mask. Yolk shake and add 5 ml. of olive oil, 3 drops for lemon juice, apply mask on hands for 15 min, after wash a warm water.

Cream. Melting butter oil add in 5 gr of natural honey, 20 ml. infusion of chamomile, 5 ml. spirit. Mix all good, apply on skin of hands when a need.

Lotion. Cut cucumber, chop, add 124 ml. of cologne, add 50 ml. glycerine, and rub hands a few times/day.

Self massage. And better to do in apply cream. Any smooth, beat, stroke moves are too massage, that after of which improving circulation for blood and skin is staying elastic .  And against cold on winter you can cook benefit sbiten.

One l. of water is 150 gr for sugar,  150 gr of honey, 2 bay leafs, pink, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, boil 15 min, and this drink warms your body and soil.
