Nathan Telman || Atronach || Taken || Jordan Fisher
Born in the Rocky mountains of Canada, Nate was raised in Banff, and moved to Calgary when he was 17 for schooling. Graduated with a writing degree, and made a life for himself doing freelance work, and odd jobs, before his first book was published. The book was a hit and he had a series by the age of 20. Now 24 and with a number of books under his belt he’s feeling the need to get away, and start to settle down. He heard from a friend about Soapberry Springs, and decided to take a chance to get away. A simple person Nate had never felt like he needed all that much, or felt the need to impress anyone. That might be the reason why he’d never been in a relationship, that or the fact that he’s oblivious to anything pertaining to him. Nate was an observer, it’s what made him a great writer, but he was terrible at reading people when it came to himself.
How well do you take criticism? “I’m a writer so I take it about as well as you can guess. Constructive criticism is always welcome and hate mail is a normal occurrence. Hopefully the move will make it harder for people to find my address this time.”
What would you do differently if you knew nobody would judge you? “Probably walk around in my Atronach form more. I like having my human look, but I look like a fucking badass in my Atronach form. All blue flames, and scary horns? Awesome. And it’s not so much that people would judge me, but more the fact that people are mean when it comes to others that are different.”
