My mom's take on shiny Scaldeon! This is a crude Photoshop (she's not an expert).

The flame is supposed to be sulfur flame!

Scaldeon (Water/Fire)

#??? - On rare occasion, an Eevee can be affected by more than one environmental factor, and reacts to grow into a new, rare evolution. Water/Fire Eeveelutions evolve from Eevee who are drawn to places of aquatic volcanic activity. Scaldeon possess gills and are capable of tolerating extreme heat and pressure. They nest along underwater volcanoes, but will swim to higher elevations to hunt, where they produce scalding water and magma blasts to burn opponents. If threatened, they can heat up the magma pads on their body to create a rush of steam to escape into. On land, Scaldeon can produce a similar effect by mixing water internally and venting steam through their thermal pads. Trainers looking to evolve their Eevee into a Scaldeon must travel to areas of hydrothermal activity, such as hot springs, and spend a lot of time training in the water.
