HOW DID THEY CONFESS THEIR FEELINGS (ft. Scaramouche, Ayato, Itto.)

cw: possible OOC, fluff, spelling mistakes (not sure tho), GN! Reader.

𖤐 Scaramouche probably didn't even acknowledge those feelings at first. He doesn't have a heart, he couldn't have those feelings, right? Well, he does not have a heart, but he does feel.

After so many days, weeks, even months denying his own feelings for you he would end up realizing something was wrong with him. Something was off. How could he be attached to you, a mere mortal who could never be near his place. Yet, there was no denying when he felt his heart ache like that whenever he got to see you.

Pacing restlessly around his room, discussing with himself about the unknown fondness for you. He ended up admitting to himself that he was, indeed, in love. He made a letter, words carefully chosen and written neatly in the expensive paper. What was inside the letter? His confession, in the most indirect way possible, I don't think he would show his vulnerability or love after what happened when he did. He made it clear for you that you should be grateful he chose you, and that he acknowledged you aside from being his companion.

𖤐 Ayato, on the contrary, noticed and accepted those feelings since the first time he felt them.

He is a busy man. He doesn't have much time to spend time outside or with friends —even though he sometimes does for Thoma and his dear sister— but he also knew how important it would be to spare some time for his beloved, you.

He invited you on a date in the most expensive restaurant in Inazuma City. He wanted it to be perfect, to make you happy.

He spent the entire dinner looking at you, admiring every inch of your face. He listened to you talking about your day, about how surprised you felt when you found three beautiful flowers in your garden early in the morning, and how excited you felt about the dinner he invited you over. At the end of the date, before you couldn't get up from your seat, he gently held your hands in his and expressed everything he felt.

𖤐 Itto is the most kind and funny person you've ever met. He was liked by everyone in the Inazuma City, known for his playful, easygoing personality, and well...his lack of intelligence sometimes.

You were good friends with Itto, often hanging out together and chatting about everything you could think of. That was something you loved about him, the fact that he was like a vitamin for you to cure your sadness or numbness just by being with him.

He wasn't the best with feelings, but he did notice something was different with you. You were not just like other friends he has, you were special, unique. He felt something in his chest that he didn't feel with anyone else. And others noticed that too when he would accidentally bring you to whatever topic he could be talking with his friends, or when he thought about you everyday, about that pretty smile of yours.

His confession was...let's just say, surprising. You and him were playing with two beetles you found when he suddenly said "I think I love you" Those words were enough for you to accidentally drop the poor insect and look at him surprised. He looked surprised too that he said it.

Jealous Scaramouche Headcanons

Note/s: i thought this would be a short drabble or so but noooo my mind literally said I have to make scenarios and headcanons and voila~ can you tell im in a scara brainrot yes? oh well. anyway thank you for the request and i hope you like this one! i think i wrote a lot but i hope you enjoy reading this hehe. i’m really interested in scara’s character a lot and i’m feeding on the reqs that are sent to me hehe~ not at me supposedly posting a request with my mains but instead prioritized scara oops

as a fatui harbinger, SCARAMOUCHE rarely ever gets jealous—he doesn’t need to get jealous. he dedicated his life for the tsaritsa and since he never really lacked in anything else; in his missions and whatnot, jealousy is very unlikely for him.

if there was ever a time, he merely forgot about it. maybe a few huff and scoff if ever a specific someone shows off in front of the tsaritsa, but is that even called as jealousy? he highly doubts it.

although when it came to you though, things may be a little bit different

it’s a little bit close to jealousy... maybe. when it comes to his lackeys and others outside of fatui, he acts kind of indifferent. he likes showing you off and such.

that’s why one time when he caught a new fatui member hitting on you, others were already shivering in the thought of it. everybody knew you were the harbinger’s, and he himself knew that his lackeys wouldn’t even so much as try to look you directly on the eye.

Everyone turned silent as they all turned to the scene with you and a certain newcomer, your eyes wide as you failed to even realize he was flirting with you due to how you already thought about the grave consequences that he might suffer even if your boyfriend wasn’t there. Unfortunately for this person, Scaramouche was.

You felt his footsteps, more than the breath of the man in front of you. You felt his gaze already, even if he might not even be looking directly at you.

He was by your side within the second, his presence daunting, heavy, frightening even. Yet despite all of these, his voice remained with its light tone.

“You must be new here, aren’t you? Then you surely wouldn’t have known the rules yet, right? Or maybe, you are just plain stupid and blind.”

you actually never saw that person looking you on the eye again. apparently, he was “reprimanded for his actions…” that’s what they said but you doubt it was merely just that.

it’s very different when it comes to other harbingers though, especially a certain 11th harbinger.

“I really don’t know how he got someone like you. You know, you could have done better, Y/n.” you knew the man was merely teasing and riling up your boyfriend, and the said boyfriend does too. However, it was not the issue here.

“Oh really? And you’d do better than me?” Scaramouche scoffs, placing—more like forcing himself in between you and Childe, swatting away the boy’s figure with merely a shrug.

“Well then, why don’t we test it out? Let’s see if I can make Y/n flustered. Surely you trust them that much.” Childe’s smile was taunting him, you were sure of that.

Scaramouche scoffs, an evident look of absurdity in his face that tells you how much he disapproves of such a suggestion. “Trust is merely a feeling. Has it ever crossed your mind that what we have is not something that the likes of you could have?” he suddenly smirks, and his chin raises, as if looking down at Childe who was inches taller than him. “Piss off, brat.”

he may be harsh to others but he’s never harsh to you, actually. he may sound possessive but he’s not actually the kind who was the border type one.

like I said before, he’s good at reading people, part of living through the harsh environment. he knows when people have an actual intention or not. the higher the risk of you getting uncomfortable with others, the higher his attitude is.

scaramouche being jealous? psh. he would never admit to that. heck we don’t even know if he’s actually jealous or not. what we do know is that he’s not letting anyone else to have any sort of ill intention towards you

and that he may get slightly touchy afterwards… just slight… maybe a little…

“Hey Scara, I thought you don’t like holding hands while-”

“Shut up, you’d get lost if I don’t hold your hand. You don’t want that do you?”

“Yeah but-”

“What? Don’t want to hold my hand? Fine, but that doesn’t mean I’m letting it go.”

HOW THEY SPEND CHRISTMASES WITH YOU (ft. Kazuha, Scaramouche, Itto)

cw: fluff, possibly OOC, spelling mistakes, GN! reader, modern au for the sake of this...

𖤐 Kazuha is the romantic type, I just know it and no one can change my mind about it.

He focuses on the intimate, peaceful and familiar side of the holiday. Of course he would bring you to do some activities, as long as it was with you and you were happy. But I think he would be looking forward to Christmas Eve's dinner.

He prepared everything, clearly he would plan to spend those days in a cottage a bit far from the city atmosphere (but I doubt he would live in the city tbh). You and him went to a comfortable, peaceful and intimate space with snow around.

Christmases with him were extremely beautiful, full of love and tenderness. You baked cookies with him and made dinner together.

I KNOW his presents are homemade and the best quality, not just because of the material, but because it was made with a piece of his heart that couldn't replace any expensive item you could find in the market.

𖤐 Scaramouche doesn't know, and probably doesn't even want to know about Christmas. "What a waste of time" he would think out loud when you explained the festivity to him.

It was already the week before Christmas. It was everywhere: ads, Christmas discounts, Christmas music that made his ears sting, and of course those eye-catching decorations even on the streets. It was something stupid that he couldn't just understand, maybe because he never had the chance to celebrate it.

When the day came you had already decorated your entire house in Christmas decorations, you put the Christmas tree and background music for Christmas Eve dinner. Even a fool could tell you were excited, you always were in these days. But you didn't expect him to celebrate it with you, and how wrong you were when he actually showed up, a Santa hat on his head and his face painted with a scowl. He was doing this for you.

Scaramouche knew that this day was special for you — and other people, but he didn't care about them — so he took the time to look for the perfect present for you to put under the colorful christmas tree.

𖤐 With Itto you would have the best, loud and most chaotic holidays you've had in your entire life.

You couldn't even be mad at him when he wasted all the garlands you had to wrap them (pathetically) around the entire house, in every corner. The loud music would fill your ears along with his singing —that wasn't very good to be honest — and the mismatched ornaments on the tree that you couldn't care less about now.

Obviously he did Secret Santa with you and the gang, it was one of the most exciting things for him, just like it was for a kid. It is hilarious.

We know Itto for his silliness and joyful behaviour, but he's also a sensitive Oni, you know? In the private moments of your home, he would give you a wrapped gift, a little wrinkled from fighting with the paper and trying to get it completely flawless (failed miserably) with a cute note that would make your heart melt. "I might have messed up a bit...hehe, we can't just deny it, but hey, I tried to make the best gift for my perfect human" he would said, rubbing the back of his neck nervously.

Author notes: I'm sorry this was so rushed and I messed up a lot in this, I just didn't know how to do it.

Also, I'm already working in a fanfic that I'll post in ao3 as well. I don't know when I'll start and when I'll finish it, but I'll let you guys know.
