Heads up to…well, everyone. There’s an ad for the ghost in the shell movie that’s popping up on tumblr mobile (and possibly on tumblr in general) and it’s a distorted jump scare. Kind of like a silent screamer.
So watch out for it, because it freaked me out.

Wow, so tumblr’s messenger changed the typical noise when you send or receive something to a VERY ANNOYING LOUD witches’ cackle. It’s like they know exactly their demographic, and are desperately trying to piss them off.
Edit: apparently it’s a variety of sounds, so far I’ve heard that one and heart beating, but it’s annoying all the same.
