the back and forth with excruciating anxiety is exhausting and im rly not sure how long i can do this for

it’s tough because it’s not the kind i can just think away, it’s lingering and likes to pop up at really random times

it was triggered this time by some stupid shit i can’t get out of my fucking head and it’s the annoying kind of anxiety that makes all the heat in your body rush to your head, and leaves the rest of your body cold and empty and shaking. over what? seriously? this sort of anxiety is extremely particular in feeling. i wish i would explain it better, more thoroughly. it’s not quite impending doom, but it’s similar? it’s close? it’s like if the intensity was turned down about 25%. it makes my brain foggy and my attention span gets even shorter and fuzzier, and i feel like i’m only half way in my body and i feel like i’m going to puke im going to puke im going to puke im scared

Okay so that's weird.

My mum went to a psychic women the other week. ( I don't believe I such things). She drew my mum a picture of a man in 10 years time with a striking resemblance to me wearing a tweed suit and numbers floating in the background. FYI my mum didn't say a thing to this women until she have her the drawing.
