Wanda and Pietro might be incest coded/canon in some comics from what I've seen, yes, but can we talk about how MCU went and doubled down on it in the Age of Ultron movie?
I was re-watching it and um...we remember that hug and a kiss on the temple and Wanda clutching him back, right? The kneeling down and cupping her face? "You're just jealous" in the deleted scene? Generally a lot of touches in their limited screen-time, considering Avengers movies weren't big on touchy-feely affection? (Characters would just dive straight into making out.) The fact that Pietro always looks at Wanda, even when he should be paying attention to the opponent? Him being shown to pick her up specifically bridal-style TWICE instead of just blurring it as superspeed, and then we're shown Vision pulling the same move 5 minutes after Pietro is killed, as if stepping in as the love interest replacement?! YOU CANNOT MAKE THIS UP.
Don't get me started on "Wanda, you can’t stay here. You'll die." (Why was Ultron suddenly concerned for her is another question). And Wanda answering "I just did", and ripping his HEART out specifically to show how it felt.
If you take it separately, it's not much, by why was it only them doing all that and nobody else in MCU? Established couples touched less and had less chemistry. And Age of Ultron is the Avengers movie with the most adult jokes. So was this implied?!
P.S. Someone please enlighten me what's going on in the comics.

Pietro & Wanda's romantic relationship is not bad or toxic. They are two consenting adults who love each other and treat each other well. I refuse to subscribe to the idea that their relationship is somehow inherently Unhealthy just because they're siblings.
"It's not like we'd condone it in real life!" Speak for yourself. I would. Because they are consenting adults who love each other, and it just isn't my business.
