I made Banana Bread🍌🍞 today for the first time ever

I made a couple minor modifications... This recipe makes two loaves of bread. I had seven bananas I needed to use up and I only had about a cup of regular sugar, so I used just under a cup of brown sugar to make up the difference. It turned out super yummy!

Chicken salad on Naan bread dippers

Chicken salad mix

2 cans of chicken breast or shredded baked chicken breast

Olive oil mayo (just enough to mix)

Mrs. Dash

Thyme

Rosemary

Roasted garlic & herb (grinder)

Chicken salad served with Naan bread roasted garlic dippers and a side of Raspberries and Blueberries for a super healthy breakfast

Homemade Pizza

One Italian susage and pepperoni

One cheese with a quarter black olive and tomato

One Italian susage and pineapple 😉

Easy Chicken Marinara

Skip breading to make it healthier

Bake the chicken breast (about 30 mins at 375 flipping it over halfway through)

Boil tri-color veggie Rotini pasta during second half.

Drain pasta and put it into large baking dish.

Use one jar of sauce (or make your own) mix with the pasta to covering it.

Sprinkle fresh grated mozzarella and cheddar over the the pasta

Place chicken on top of the pasta

Spoon sauce over each piece of chicken

Pour any remaining sauce on the pasta

Add grated cheese to each piece of chicken and cover remaining pasta with leftover cheese

Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted

Easy and yummy 😋

Pulse 3 times, then chop until mixed

If you’re using the smaller nutrininja cup pulse, then use nutrininja button

*Nutrininja option may make it smoother, however not to bad made using the large pitcher.

My Version of Brown Sugar Garlic Pork Chops

Tried a new modified Pork Chop recipe tonight

Boneless Pork Chops

2 tablespoons garlic minced (garlic powder or garlic salt)

1/2 cup brown sugar packed

Mix the brown sugar and garlic together, dip pork chop into mix, place on cookie sheet. Add remaining mixture to the top of each pork chop and bake. Super simple and very tasty!
