This Gougar has certainly seen some things, not things they want to see again. The Depths of Darkness you could say, thank you SCarowinds.
This prompt was a bit of a tough one considering the lore and themes, it is dealing with a serial killer {albeit fictional} after all. So I chose to focus my design around the lore rather than just the State Line Slasher himself, and thus this Blackthorne Research Cougar was born! North Carolina Born and raised, they're here to observe the uncomfortable parts of this horrid tale to find the truth.
And the truth ain't pretty.

Meet Checker. He's been known as the class clown & a general pain in the neck to any & all in the Crossroads Town Square, but his pranks went from harmless malarkey to grotesque, violent menace with one trick. He set up buckets full of old rotten pumpkin guts to be dumped onto the blue ribbon judges one day, and it caused them to become so violently sick that they threw up more than just bile. But did Checker feel any kind of remorse? No. He laughed and laughed and laughed, and only stopped laughing to run away from the authorities. Hiding in the boiler room of the school was a mistake after he tried to fog it up and gave him some serious facial damage. Hence why he walks around looking like this now, and wants nothing more than to continue his nasty prank streak...no matter what.
