Scent bottle pendant, aventurine quartz, gold, ruby, and diamond (ca. 1890) Michael Perchin (1860–1903), the renowned Fabergé workmaster, crafted this scent bottle from shimmering aventurine quartz and adorned it with gold laurel and diamonds.

Crafted for the Russian elite, it blends imperial craftsmanship skills with daily use. Women wore these bottles to keep perfume ready for reapplication or to revive themselves if a tight corset caused them to faint. Once part of the Jean Louis Chameroy collection, this piece mirrors those owned by Queen Alexandra. Perchin’s hallmark confirms it as an authentic 19th-century masterpiece. Loc.
