The fucking. Government assigned exercise furry of South Carolina. I grew up with this guy. He has a seal of approval too before basically every show on pbs kids

I lived in South Carolina for a time during the mid 2000s, and my brother and I lived on PBS (SCETV and UNC-TV were our local stations). For years, I've been trying to find the original look for SCETV's Smart Cat, and someone actually uploaded it to YouTube. The nostalgia is too real, man. I miss this era of PBS so much 😢😢

Also, I can't get over how Smart Cat's voice sounded like a broken record, LOL. I like this design a bit better than his updated look from 2007, personally.
