Roti canai with potato and pea curry - heavenly! I think I'm starting to get the roti cooking okay...

Thanks @zip001 for recommending schiracha! At first I thought it was too sweet, when I bought it some months ago - but now I'm probably used to it as it's quite OK... 😁

Bell pepper, yogurt & sriracha soup

Toss bell peppers in yogurt and add squirt of sriracha and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Heat. Dis iz filling like wha? wha?
