Somewhat polarizing – no, not everyone loves (or even likes) this – but mostly revered, Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in Epcot’s Norway Pavilion is the home to this guilty pleasure.

Fucking school bread! Or as it’s known in Norway: skolebrod. I am addicted to this sweet treat, and am very happy I only ever get it when visiting Epcot’s Norway at Disneyworld (top photo from our honeymoon Sept 2010), or else I’d be unhealthy! We found this one at a bakery near our airbnb. I ordered it, thinking I pronounced it correctly, but the man behind the counter thought I wanted a scone! hahaha.. so I just had to point to it, and then he laughingly said I gave it a good pronunciation effort! This was all I wanted all trip, so glad we found some!
