Oh you absolutely get it!!! Sue and Will have that nemesis relationship where they need each other. Will needs Sue as motivation to do better with the Glee club, and Sue needs Will's compassion and passion for teaching. Comeback is an especially good Sill episode because it shows how good of a sport Will can be towards Sue, despite all her Sue-nanigans.

Honestly ever since my rewatch in 2019 I've been much more on the Sill train than the Wemma train, mostly because Emma deserves better than Will, but also because Will and Sues dynamic in a lot of episodes are just so... Perfect. They bounce off of one another well and make each other better in a weird way, while also having this antagonistic side to them. They can be REALLY sweet together at times (hospital scene in comeback of course). 🤷♀️ They're compelling
