allium & azalea!
ALLIUM: What’s the best thing you can cook?
Tandoori Chicken!!! It’s like the easiest thing to marinate and make, but it’s also my favourite!
AZALEA: What’s a movie you cried while watching?
Recently, Sufna had me in tears at like two points. Idk if I was in my feels, but I cried like a lil bebe. The song Ammi had me crying in the FIRST few minutes.
And Peggy
Angelica
Margarita (peggy) Schuyler
Any facts on the relationships between all the Schuyler Siblings? Like, who was closer to who and things like that
I love this question! It’s not a traditional History Facts one, but I’m going to style it like that because it includes history and it includes facts :)
The eldest three children in the Schuyler family, Angelica, Eliza, and Peggy, were incredibly close
One reason for this bond is the fact that they’re born within two years of each other!!!
They were also schooled together for the most part (living away from their parents together, which is certainly a bonding experience, especially at ages as young as seven or eight)
They were also said to have worn miniature portraits of each other around their necks when they weren’t together :’)
I wish we had surviving letters between them... oh what I would give for those letters!
One interesting thing I’ve recently uncovered is a letter from Peggy to her younger brother, John Bradstreet
From the tone/subject of it, they’d likely been writing to each other before this particular letter
She takes a very sisterly tone in it, and also discusses their in-laws (they both married Van Rensselaers, so they really share in-laws)
It opened my eyes to the fact that the older girls must have had some kind of relationship with their brothers, which I’d never thought much about
But alas I have yet to find more letters like this :(
The youngest two children, Cornelia and Caty, didn’t seem very close
They’re seven years apart, and very different from each other
Cornelia was very social, very outgoing and confident
Caty seems to have been more withdrawn and didn’t seem to favor social situations
But I imagine they were at least somewhat close to their oldest sisters (Angelica and Eliza) because they lived with them while they were being tutored in NYC
I hope you’ve enjoyed these! Most of what I tell you is known to us thanks to surviving letters or other documents. I wish I knew more, but until I find/read more letters, this is about the extent of my knowledge on this front!

morpheus, athena, arawn!
Morpheus: Do you daydream often? Of what?
All the time! Of all the places I wanna visit/live.
Athena: Would you consider yourself an artist?
Yeah I think so, a writter :)
Arawn: What is the most terrifying thing you've ever done?
I fell in the shower (fainted) and hit my head on the wall, then fainted two more times and was unconscious for almost ten minutes. I hit my head so hard that it took about four hours for me to get better and I had to be hospitalized. lol near death experience
send me a mythology ask!!
