What if...

After we die, there is no heaven or hell, but instead a different terrestrial planet, where your soul is revived as a new intelligent life-form in another world? Maybe when your soul is transported to another world, you leave behind memories of your life on Earth. And the cycle continues infinitely because the universe is, indeed, infinite. 

PLOT TWIST: A certain individual's previous life is not entirely erased from their wandering soul, so they are labeled as "schizophrenic" and sent to receive intensive mental care.

Random short "what if" story

What if the planet of Venus was once identical to earth but the life-beings became intelligent but rather too self-indulgent where they created technologies that polluted the planet which essentially caused global warming...which then caused the sulfuric volcanoes to become too active, releasing sulfuric gas into the air, henceforth making Venus toxic. What if some survivors moved to planet Earth as a host for new home and now history is repeating itself?  

In terms of evolution, Neanderthals coexisted with modern humans. If you've seen Interstellar you will know what I'm referring to. What if modern humans from Venus had a series of fertilized eggs to begin a colony on Earth. One survivor from the journey from Venus to Earth made it to Earth to fertilize the eggs in Neanderthal females. Thus, why Neanderthal DNA is found in modern humans.
