I don't even think I "ship" grace/rocky I just know that there's no way in hell that two curious people who want to learn about the biology of alien species spent four (4) years cooped up alone together on a spaceship and didn't at least once--
I really love how vonnegut has his own a literary universe where he references characters and events from other, completely unrelated (or possibly so) stories. He also makes one of the characters meet the author himself while in the story. Insane work.
