Vitamins help our body to function properly. They are of different types. Vitamin A,B,C,D,E,K. Vitamin E helps our body to maintain healthy skin and eyes. It also protects us from illness and infections. It is found in vegetable oils like sunflower and wheat germ, in cereals, meat, fish and fruits. Low level of vitamin E can cause nerves and muscle weakness resulting in loss of sensation in arms and legs, vision problems and weak immune system.
