The Planck length is (approximately) the smallest theoretically measurable distance according to quantum mechanics,
The Planck time is how long it would take to cross that distance moving at the speed of light, 5.4 x 10^(-44) seconds, and is the minimum theoretical unit of time as we currently understand the universe.
This gives our observable universe a clockspeed of 19 exayottahertz.
