Unlikely alliance [Closed@Kuroko]
[After work, Touma decided to take a stroll and perhaps get to know better a few zones in Civ9 since, besides being an underground city, it was quite huge, enough to get lost in it if you didn't know where you were going. He wandered past the sector he was accustomed to and noticed that there was actually a forest as well. "Why would there be a complete forest in this place?" He thought. Whatever the reason, he was curious enough to venture into it to find out, which was probably the worst mistake he could've done.
As he wandered through the forest, he realized that there were statues of all sorts abandoned and reclaimed by the earth all over the place. The sight was truly mystifying and perhaps even enjoyable.
He wondered why he hadn't noticed this forest before but didn't pay too much mind to it now that he was here. He only tried not to lose sight of the small trail he had been following so far so he could come back at any moment and he then noticed a small totem-like statue that was embedded on the chest of a larger statue that frightening enough resembled a grim reaper. It seemed almost as if the statue was "alive" and could move at any moment so Touma wasn't very eager to try touching the statue. Still, the eerie feeling coming from it was so huge that it almost made him freeze right in front of it as he gazed into what seemed to be the empty face or where it should be it's face at least.]
Whoever made this statue sure was some crazy artist...
