Hey! Your un-ANON'd PeggySous gifter here! I hope you're having a great weekend :) Just wanted to let you know I posted your gift last night...you can find it in your tag or in the official peggysousexchange one. I hope you like it! -Stef
Ooooh. Thank you! I’ll go look for it. Good to put a face to a name!
I cannot make speeches, Emma. If I loved you less, I might be able to talk about it more. But you know what I am. You hear nothing but truth from me. I have blamed you and lectured you, and you have borne it as no other woman in England would have borne it. Bear with the truths I would tell you now, dearest Emma, as well as you you have borne them. But you understand me. Yes, you see, you understand my feelings.

I liked it, not as much as the first, but the hate it’s garnered is ridiculous. I think people just expected too much from it. (BruceNat always had an uphill battle, and its so-so writing wasn’t enough, I think, to change people’s minds)
Yeah, the first one was definitely better. I think you’re right about people expecting too much out of it. I think my main issue with it was the pacing. If it didn’t seem so jumpy, I would’ve liked this one more than the first one. But I felt like they tried cramming too much into the span of a couple hours and it didn’t connect well because of that. But I could still fill in the blanks with my mind so I didn’t mind too much and I enjoyed it. :) Tumblr always takes hate to the next level, so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised.

But am I the only one who actually saw BruceNat coming??
Naw, I think I saw some other people have said they saw it coming too. The first Avengers was on TV the other day, so while I was watching it, I actually caught several BruceNat moments where I went, ‘oooooh.’ So, it was there. But I think people were so focused on other things that they didn’t consider it a possibility -- or didn’t want to consider it a possibility.
A/N: I'm scifitvaddict's cs secret santa. She wanted some fanart and fanfiction and, well, as you see, I did my best. *whispers, this is not your only gift. There's more and probably you'll see it tomorrow or god knows when* Okay, Stef, I'm finally here, so so sorry the delay. *cries* I tried to cover all your requests here (basically holiday fluff: a bit of snow, a bit of heartless hook, and those wonderful three words we'd all love to hear from them *coffs*). Okay, I hope you like it *runs away doing the moonwalk*

(stepping in) I agree. I think the problem with the Frozen arc wasn’t the Frozen characters or the arc itself, it was the degree of saturation. Not only were we getting Elsa/Frozen in the present, but it made up almost all of the flashbacks.
Yeah I mean I liked that for the most part the flashbacks had a sense of unity but, especially towards the end, it kinda felt like they were giving them too much screen time.

Exactly. It was angst for the sake of angst.
basically. uuuuugh.
Like she was nearly brought to tears by the possibility of losing him at the beginning of this season. We had that tearful "I CAN'T LOSE YOU, TOO", and then the goodbye in 4.09....
and then when she is faced with the possibility of his death, again, where if Belle had not been there AT THAT EXACT MOMENT, Killian would have been dead...
We get nothing.
Just a quick scene and that's it
No Killian explaining to her, no Emma asking how the hell this happened...
I am very disappointed.

(that’s why I pretend like those seasons never happened ;))
To this day, I still ignore the majority of season 7. I'm perfectly content with pretending April was someone else's daughter, and the June 3rd wedding went off without a hitch.
