I hate the fact that cis women, intersex folks, amab trans folks, and closeted afab trans folks have been made to feel shame over growing any body hair anywhere on their body and if they hold any pride in having body hair they should be outcast by society

There are times where I love being hairy and having a beard pre T since it helps me pass more

But I hate having to shave due to society's standards of what women/intersex folks/trans folks (including closeted trans folks) should look like - particularly in the workplace

It's only an induction day for my scitt course but I have to shave or risk outing myself as trans/intersex because people think AFAB people can't naturally grow a lot of body hair and it makes me feel so much shame about my own body

I can't imagine what it's going to feel like when I start the course and I need to shave every day just to appease society :/
