The Fool is a card of new beginnings and limitless potential, but also of recklessness and taking great risks. Cave Johnson begins his journey by putting his best foot forward despite starting on the other, unfamiliar side of the test chamber observation window. He is unaware of the many challenges that lie ahead, and doesn’t know where this journey will take him, but he forges ahead nonetheless—he wouldn’t be Cave Johnson if he didn’t.
