Did you know that the Amazonian Giant Centipede (Scolopendra gigantea) is the largest known centipede in the world? They can exceed 30cm in length and are found across much of South America and the southern most reaches of the Caribbean. These powerful hunters will kill and eat anything it can overpower, including birds, lizards, bats, and tarantulas.

Otostigmus spp.

A genus of centipedes mainly found in South and Central America. There are about 157 species. The genus name comes from Ancient Greek οὖς (oûs), meaning 'ear', and στίγμα (stígma), meaning 'brand'.

Scolopendra polymorpha, a centopeia comum do deserto, é encontrada no oeste da América do Norte, nas Ilhas Havaianas, sul da África e no deserto da Namíbia.

O seu veneno demonstrou relevância médica, estudos mostraram atividade antimicrobiana do peptídeo SPC13 isolado de seu veneno. Após purificação esse peptídeo exibiu atividade antimicrobiana contra Staphylococcus aureus e Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Also the girl on the right is Makoto, mc of my future vn, shes not a real centipede girl but she has a big centipede parasite in her back, whose legs are in some way replacing her ribs

Makoto doesn't like being here and Rina is just trying to cheer her up :(
