Leg cramps

I have this question that I got wrong. Q: it woman in third trimester of pregnancy visits the clinic for scheduled prenatal appointment. The woman tells the nurse that she frequently has leg cramps, primarily when she has reclining. Once thrombophlebitis has been ruled out, the nurse should tell the woman to implement which measure to alleviate leg cramps. A) apply heat to the affected area B) take acetaminophen every four hours C) self administer calcium carbonate tablets three times daily D) purchase a chewable antacid that contains calcium and take a tablet each meal I choose C, but the answer is A. Rationale; leg cramps can be from compression of the nerves from the growing uterus, Low calcium or high phosphorus. Now the reason I got it wrong is because C and D are more on the doctors scope of practice while A is more in the nurses scope. That's bull, I mean I get it. But I hate getting these wrong for this reason but again I get it
