Finished Mines of Madness from yesterday. Scoral raged, put those Slippers (boots) of Spider Climbing to good use, somehow ended up with the Forever Stone, super raged, and maybe learned some lessons about morality? Maybe??

Doing Mines of Madness with Scoral (one of Desite’s brothers and current source of 90% of her problems in dice2cu).
He didn’t take well to Hug Hug.
I remembered that Hunger Games generators exist and decided it’s definitely a good use of my time today. Here we have the starting lineup- characters from broken, Orc Princess, another story in the works, plus several D&D character.
Scoral immediately sets someone on fire; nobody is surprised.
Drodan has bad luck. Again, not terribly surprising.
Some pretty in-character things.

On one hand, my mental image of this is amazing.
On the other hand, they’re both fairies, so....
Everyone is hallucinating now.
Desite kills a dragon and nobody is surprised.
Adan keeps racking up those kills.

Down to the last three! Baby kraken vs military genius vs rogue assassin!
...or they can do that.
This ending was both more and less dramatic than I expected.
And the winner is Baal!
Any thoughts on ScorAl? yay/nay - how they might be together, got together and such?
i’m gonna have to go with nay… i have shipped it though! it’s really cute! but at the moment i’m more of a scorose person and scorpius/hugo (which i seem to be the only one shipping)
but of course i’ve though about how it might happen!
they’d need to be best friends! i don’t really see the whole love and hate thing going on with them! it just doesn’t work…
sorting
so they’d be sorted into slytherin together, albus really didn’t mind being sorted ther! he had talked to scorpius on the train and when scorpius was sorted into slytherin he thought it might not be so bad! scorpius wasn’t evil!
how they act
they were sort of nice jokers, not really in the james and sirius kind of way, more pleasant funny! oh and of course they were friends with rose! i really can’t imagine albus leaving her just because he got a new friend
rumors about scorpius and rose
so they are this funny kind of trio, here and there people whisper that rose and scorpius would make a great couple, rose nearly chokes on her breakfast laughing so hard when she hears it in her 4th year.
she has been pushing albus and scorpius together since 3rd year, in her sort of subtle way…
scorpius hears about the rumors
these rumors about scorpius and rose makes scorpius panic when he hears them (which is in his 5th year) and he goes to rose and tries to explain in his weird own way that it’s not because she isn’t desireable or anything, and tries really hard not to offend her and say that he isn’t interested, and ends up shouting at her “I’M GAY” though i might mention it was an empty hallway and no one heard… and she just laughs, pats him on the back and goes ‘i know’ and he makes her promise not to tell anyone
albus hears about the rumors
when albus hears about the rumors he gets jealous, but he just tries so hard not to show it, and he starts ignoring rose and scorpius and rose is just really offended, because sure she’s wanted him to show he cares about scorpius for years! but that was NOT HOW IT WAS SUPPOSED TO GO! and she seeks out albus and he excuse himself saying that he thought they wanted privacy! and she just sort of yell at him at end up screaming in his face “STOP ACTING SO FUCKING STRAIGHT!” and he just blinks a couple of times, raise his eyebrow and go “and how long have you know that?” and of course makes her promise not to tell anyone…
scorpius comes out
so by the end of 6th year scorpius comes out and people judge and shit because they suck, but by the end of june, no one really cares and pretty much everyone accepts it! the only one who doesn’t being his grandfather, because he can’t carry on the bloodline, but draco just cuts him off and swears to never speak to him until he accepts his son!
summer with the trio
so now scorpius is openly gay and happier than ever! and rose is still the only person to know that albus is too!
in the summer they do as they always do and spends summer together in the weasley potter house in australia! everything goes on a usually, which annoys rose a lot because for gods sake can’t these dummies see they love each other! so she gets help from the boy a couple of houses down, who by the way is gay, eplains the situation and they come up with a plan!
the plan
the plan is to take scorpius to a gay bar, make sure albus knows this and then get him a date which he can bring home to make albus etremely jealous! they find the perfect gorgeous date ‘alex!’
albus gets jealous of scorps date
when albus sees scorpius with this Alex he storms of in rage, scorpius runs after him and catch him by the potter weasley summer house with everyone inside looking out at them
he asks him whats wrong, and albus just starts stammering going, ‘um nothing…’ but scorpius keeps pushing moving closer and closer to albus, not really knowing that he’s doing it and they end up fighting! and albus goes “well now that you date alex you don’t spend time with me! and um rose…” and scorpius just sort of break and yell “WELL I WOULD IF I COULD DO THE SAME TO YOU AS I CAN DO TO ALEX!” and albus just yell back “WELL YOU SHOULD!” and at the moment none of them is really realizing what the other one is saying so scorpius just go “SHUT UP YOU IDOT!” and albus very cliche goes “MAKE ME!” to wich scorpius lunge forward and kisses him fiercely!
both of them completely oblivious to the money thats exchanged between the weasley potters who have been betting on them…

an anons thoughts on scoral and my unnecessary comments in bold
an anonI suppose that one of my headcanons for the next gen kids are that Scor/Al is a thing. I have nothing against Scor/Rose,not even Scor/Lily of course not! i don't really get the idea of hating one ship to ship another...BUT,I do think that the girls have too strong personalities and might be too stubborn, well yeah...
It's said that Scorpius is an slight improvement of his father but that doesn't have to mean that he'd go off and marry Rose,I don't really see it. Narcissa strong in her own way but it seems that Malfoys tend to favor the quiet type and I see Albus as the quiet type i absolutely adore the idea of the quiet, cunning shy-ish al, if i should ship scoral it would deffinently be with that personality
And I believe that Albus could have been sorted into Slytherin, since I don't doubt that he's clever and knows how to go about to get his way, be it kindly or in sneaky.yes quite the charmer when it comes to it, he hates hurting people but kindness and charm gets him what he wants
It has nothing to do with if I like Drarry or not,I do but ScorAl aren't like their fathers,they had a different upbringing so it's unfair to say 'it's just like Drarry' i don't think i've ever even thought of comparing the two ships... do people do that!? they are nothing alike! when it's not, not for me anyway since I see Drarry as a darker relationship and ScorAl as a warmer one.
I also think that Ron might be prejudice towards the Malfoys or at least still somewhat suspicious, it wouldn't surprise me.
Honestly I think that most of the family would be decently supportive if not happy that Albus and Scorpius are at least friends, i actually see him gettting off quite well with the weasleys! he reminds me a lot of what most of them are like, charming, cunning and loving Harry more so, he might also be cautious but he would still be supportive.
He might not regret not being friends with Draco because in a way it was never an option. I guess this was more a rant than a headcanon but a lovely rant at that^^'.
ScorAl is probably one of my favorite next gen couples.since I think that they would work wonderfully together, in Slytherin.
He was very against going to Slytherin but in a way even if Albus was/is surrounded by family I've always seen him as a bit of an outsider as I imagine most of the Weasleys being rather loud and him,not so much. yes absolutely! as much as he loves them he has always been a bit different when it comes to temper...
I think they were both lonely in one way or another.You should always give people a chance. I also kind of imagine Scorpius getting along better with Lily than with James,not badly but not great either. i've actually always seen lily as being like the annoying little sister that he loves and james a an epic bromance!
