The coffee in this town was shot. That was the one thing about this place that Maxim could say without a fact. Three different shops in a week and they all tasted bitter watered down. But he wasn’t here fr coffee and as his reason walked past the shop towards the woods with a younger teen Maxim had come to learn was Liam, one of the guy’s betas, he threw his cup in the trash and made his way out. Making sure to keep a safe distance as he tracked them into the preserve. The place was dense with trees and Maxim could fee the other worldliness of the place from the second he came through. The whole town felt like it had unbridled power just bubbling under the surface. It was ripe for the picking and Maim’s tool to do just that lay right ahead.
