So the leak I saw basically repaints the false reality of WandaVision as Wanda simulating an actual alternate reality where she’s a housewife, basically a real Billy and Tommy experiencing the events in their dreams. So Wanda then tracks down the ‘real’ WestView Wanda, kills her and tries to take her life, the boys are horrified by her, and then we get our fourth act finale.

I would totally believe that as possible. I've suspected and heard she is at least one of the villains of the movie.

The whole of WandaVision I felt she was the villain and Agatha was more an Anti-Hero like Deadpool. So I would not be surprised at all she snaps and goes on a killing spree.
