While I'm posting my Over the Nexus thoughts tonight, here's a bit of a peek behind the curtain. I have a set of 10 Synchro Monsters I consider to be "staples". By default, every Deck I make has all of these, plus 5 more that are more specific to that Deck, such as extra copies of one of those, non-generic Synchros, or just semi-staples I don't always play but sometimes use if I have room to spare. These are, in ascending order of level: Ally of Justice Catastor, Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier, Goyo Guardian, Black Rose Dragon, Colossal Fighter, Red Dragon Archfiend, Scrap Dragon, Stardust Dragon, Thought Ruler Archfiend, and Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier. It's kinda weighted towards level 8 Synchros, but oftentimes I need more than 5 slots to fit in everything I want a Deck to run. Usually when it's time to cut things, I start with Colossal Fighter or Thought Ruler Archfiend, because those are the 8s that come up the least for me (though I'm biased towards Red Dragon Archfiend, so maybe other people would cut that first). Usually I try to cut them as a pair, not because they have any synergy or anything, but because it's hard for me to decide which of them comes up more often and it's easier for me to just not think about it

Behold! Synchro Summon, Scrap Dragon!

This here is Ashelia, after playing Yugioh 5Ds Worldchampionship 2009, i wanted to make a character based on your character there! now Scraps were not a thing in 2009... but... i mean a signer always has a dragon right?~ So here we go~

Ashelia was found unconscious by Rally with her memory lost to her, she couldn't even remember her name at first. She has been told she is in Satellite City. Despite everything, she had a duel disk and a deck, Rally asked if they could have a duel and see if her memory could come back from it.

I might write some mini stories and make some picks about it actually. This is just a nice idea for a character though~
