Today is a Scream Tracker 3 day
Random Video Game OST for February 28th 2017.
I might have a weakness for Scream Tracker modules. This track is 12 minutes of pure FIRE and the part at 3:30 will always be one of my favorite musical compositions in a videogame ever. The soundtrack fit the 90s hacking pop culture style of the game so well and IMO, this is the best thing Introversion has ever made (DEFCON is really good too!). I regard this game very highly just because of how unique it is, and it spawned an entire subgenre of hacker games!
Motion without sound
Haha, whoops, I think audio trackers and the demoscene are becoming a special interest for me.
But seriously, just listen to this. (Click "Download" on that page. You'll probably need Winamp; Windows Media Player won't work. Site doesn't have autoplay.)
Who does not remember trackers
I just got a thought in my head about an application that I played with long time ago. The application was named scream tracker which I used to use to create music. Do you remember Future Crew that created the song unreal and something else don´t remember. It was awesome. I also flirted with Fast Tracker for a while, then I just stopped using trackers to create music. Now I don´t use any applications to create music, and I don´t use any instruments, I just don´t create music any more, but I would like to. Awesome time back then.
omf-g
I think it would be really cool if I mastered the Scream Tracker program.
