hai. this is my dc au where i merged teen titans 03, the batman 04, justice league unlimited (cartoon + comics), death in the family, and under the red hood universes to make the 'dc 2000s universe' (bc they all came out in the 2000s, except for dtif). dc said those are all dead universes so they're mine now.

the guy with red hair and red glasses is jack, my self insert oc. he's a meta human with a nigh infinite pocket dimension. he's a thief and he sucks and everyone hates him. he has chronic migraines, the glasses are tinted to help. he's broke as shit and in severe debt because of [LORE]. legally he's not a real person because of [LORE]. he really wants to [CENSORED] red hood but he's scared red hood is secretly a homophobic frat dude (he's not, he's bisexual, but nobody knows that. not even red hood.)
